With a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCF and professional training in Performance and Improv, I use my experiences to combine the arts and science in creative and innovative ways.

Past Experiences

Volunteer Mentor at The Unusual Suspects
(Jan 2018- June 2018)
Assisted the teaching artists with classroom engagement activities to encourage student development in young men at the LA Challenger Memorial Youth Probation Camp. Through writing and storytelling exercised we helped the students to create an original script and songs to help express themselves to encourage growth.

Test Prep Instructor at Catalyst Prep Services
(October 2017 – October 2018)
Taught a specialized curriculum using comedy, performance and games to break down complex concepts and strategies in order to help students perform better on the SAT and ACT tests.

Robotics Team Instructor for National Society of Black Engineers
(Sept 2016 – April 2017)
Coordinated robotics program at Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum in Compton to teach children ages 5-15 basic engineering principles and programming skills.
